The organization of the company is headed by Executive Chairman. The organization is composed of three different sections viz. Civil works, finance and administration section. All the section heads are accountable to Executive Chairman and responsible of respective units building, roads, irrigation and hydropower, similarly administration section, which is responsible for filing and record.

Keeping and storing is divided into administration and procurement. Each of the section is fully equipped with appropriate manpower and dedicated person’s better services. The company can also obtain services of consultants and resource person who are well established and reputed in their respective field if and when necessary.
